Yogurt + Fruit

We introduced whole milk yogurt to Emmy at 5.5 months, and it was a big hit. I mean, who wouldn’t love something so creamy and delicious?! I avoid buying yogurt for kids that is already flavored, and instead add my own pureed fruits so I can control what goes in there, and make sure that it is actual, real, organic FRUIT in the yogurt, not just tasty chemicals. Try puree of mango, peach, pear, apple (w/cinnamon, ooooo), or our favorite, the banana.
